Buyer beware: 100-day trial is complete bogus
Completely misleading when they say they give you a "100-day trial". A trial generally means you can actually try the product and then return if not satisfied. However, they recently changed their return policy so that you can only "try" the suitcase indoors. If it shows signs of use, then you can no longer return it.
The suitcases themselves are good quality, but they scuff way too easily. Don't waste your money paying so much for expensive luggage when it just looks beat up after one use. Note that I didn't even check my suitcase, and just carried it onto the flight.
